What if my package is lost or damaged in transit?

We bear all risk until you receive your package. If your shipment is lost or damaged in transit, contact us immediately at support@luminahelp.com with your order number and tracking information. We'll coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue or send a replacement/refund at no cost to you.

Customs & International Orders

Will I have to pay customs fees or import taxes?

Important: Customers outside the EU are responsible for all import duties, taxes, customs fees, and brokerage charges imposed by their country's customs authority. These fees are NOT included in your order price or shipping cost and must be paid directly to the courier or customs authority upon delivery.

EU Customers (Belgium, Netherlands): VAT is already included in all displayed prices.

What happens if I refuse to pay customs fees?

Do you offer returns?

How do I start a return?

Important: All returns must be registered before shipping. Email support@luminahelp.com within 30 days of receiving your order with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide return authorization, shipping address, and instructions within 24 hours. Do not ship items without contacting us first - unregistered returns cannot be processed.

Who pays for return shipping?

For change-of-mind returns, you're responsible for return shipping costs. You must use a tracked courier service and email us your tracking number after shipping. For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, you do NOT need to return anything (see below).

What if I received a faulty, damaged, or wrong item?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@luminahelp.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem

You do NOT need to return the item - you can keep, donate, or dispose of it responsibly. We'll send a replacement at no cost OR issue a full refund including original shipping (your choice). Resolution is typically within 24-48 hours.

How long do refunds take?

Once we receive and approve your return (5-7 business days), refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Bank processing times vary:
