What payment methods do you accept?

How much does shipping cost?
Standard Shipping is free. Express Shipping: $7.95 (3–10 business days).
How fast is delivery?
Standard Shipping (Free): 6-14 business days depending on destination

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes! You'll receive a shipment notification email with tracking details and courier link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. You can also track your order anytime at our Track Your Order page.
Will I have to pay customs fees or import taxes?
Customers outside the EU may be responsible for import duties, taxes, customs fees, and brokerage charges imposed by their local customs authority. These fees are NOT included in your order price or shipping cost and must be paid directly to the courier or customs authority upon delivery.
EU Customers (Belgium, Netherlands): VAT is already included in all displayed prices.
Do you offer returns?
Yes! We accept returns within 30 days of delivery when items are unused, unworn, with original tags attached, and in original packaging. For complete details, review our full Returns & Refunds Policy.
How do I start a return?
Important: All returns must be registered before shipping. Email support@luminahelp.com within 30 days of receiving your order with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide return authorization, shipping address, and instructions within 24 business hours.
Can I exchange for a different size or color?
Yes! We offer a hassle-free Keep & Exchange program that lets you receive the correct size or color without returning your original item. Contact us at support@luminahelp.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the size/color you need.
Can I see size guides before ordering?
Yes! Click the "Find My Size" link on any product page to see detailed measurements. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.
